Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

- Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Size Issues: If the garment does not fit, we offer size exchanges subject to availability. The item must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note:
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.

- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
