cancellation & refund policy

At ITER COUTURE, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle order changes, cancellations, and returns.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different product from what you ordered, kindly inform us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Size Issues: If the garment does not fit, we offer size exchanges subject to availability. The item must be returned in unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Please note:

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order garments
  • Items purchased during sale

refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • We do not provide COD
